For the first time, the concept of irreducible complexity was proposed by Michael Behe in order to criticize Darwin’s theory of evolution based on biochemical facts. He has defined the concept as a single system containing purposeful and interacting parts in which its components possess particular functions. Behe rejects the theory of natural evolution through explaining of biochemical reactions, in details, occurred in environment. Providing scientific evidence and methodology, as well as numerous pre-assumptions in the realm of philosophy of science, Behe demonstrates his inference concerning to irreducible complexity, and answers scientifically to the empirical and methodological objections of the critiques. He divides the life into two parts including reducible and irreducible sections. Based on his theory regarding non-irreducibility of life, Behe invalidates the theory of evolution, possessing gradual processes, in molecular level. Overall, according to various findings and researches made by Behe and the proponents of his theory, the inference of irreducible complexity is now as an inference to the best explanation suggesting appropriately a scientific approach for disclosing the life origin and exhibiting the life has been guided and designated.

In the Holy Quran, it is referred to “the science” which our Prophet is the owner of ,being able to perform fantastic affairs, and directing those sciences to the general people is the purpose of the prophet’s mission. What are the nature and tools of these sciences? What is its difference with other human sciences and its effects? Do the follower of Hazrat Hajjat (aj) enjoy these sciences and use their abilities to emerge? The reality of “Intuitive knowledge” is observation of the immediate presence of facts in the world of “God”, whose owners are intuitively aware of truths of the universe and are able of inward-looking objects. Intuitive education is from prophetic revelation that is specific to the prophets, and non-prophetic revelation , which includes: inspiration, revelation, sincere dream and the science of “Asma” and “Quran”. In this paper after the explanation of the real science, its types, the means and methods of epistemologhy and of course their difference, we have tried to clarify the types of intuitive teachings and the benefits of them. The lack of its monopoly to the infallibles (S), and by claiming an example of the traditions of the advent, we claim that peace by dominating some levels of intuitional knowledge and the resulting powers, we can effect the emergence and victory of Hojja (Aj) and Under the province of Imam, we inherit the land. “ En-al-arz Yaresoha Ebadi al-Salahon”.
